The new look Arrive'n'Drive event at Rockingham, organised by GreenFleet will once again host the major motor manufacturers, displaying the latest low and zero emission vehicles, most of which will be available for test drive.
Coupled with the indoor exhibition, featuring the latest innovative products and services that can assist in running a fleet more efficiently, the 6th Arrive'n'Drive is aimed at Fleet Managers, HR Managers and Heads of Transport that want to reduce the environmental impacts of their transport operations.
- The Main Showcase Arena is moving up to the Outer Paddock area, seen as you enter the venue on the approach road. Situated outside the Welcome Centre, on a space 3 times the size of the pit garage and paddock area, 2011 will showcase manufacturers from plots ranging from 300 sq.metres to 400 sq.metres, far bigger than the 140 sq.metres in previous years.
- Laid out in a "horseshoe-type" format, the Main Showcase Arena will feature a one-way system for attendees to follow, to get access to and return from their test drives on the race circuit. A plan of the plots is available, with their positions and prices, upon request.
- 2011 will be the first year that the race circuit will not close for lunch. There will be more marshals on the day to allow this, thereby assisting in keeping attendees at the event for longer. Lunch will also be served over a 2 hour period, giving the opportunity to grab a bite in-between test drives.
- The EV Arena will now be located in the heart of the Main Showcase Arena, fenced off from the one-way system, and will have its own mini test drive circuit. Plots of 10m x 10m or 5m x 5m are available on the day. Charging is available, but must be booked in advance through our supplier.
- The Innovation Zone will also be located in the heart of the Main Showcase Arena, and will give organisations the chance to have vehicles on static display, as well as being available for test drive around the race circuit, once again using the one-way system. Plots of 10m x 10m or 5m x 5m are available on the day.
- The indoor exhibition element of the event will now move up to the Welcome Centre, the same building used for Registration, meaning exhibitors get to capture attendees as they arrive. With all day refreshments served in the same area, as well as the buffet lunch, this is the ideal place to showcase your products or services, with good foot traffic. Interested in attending?
