Sustainable Transport 2011 - Greening the Transport Sector will focus on the key measures to be tackled by the Coalition Government, against a background of the need to reduce carbon emissions, promote localism and deliver economic change. - Mandating a national recharging network for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles;
- Reforming the way decisions are made regarding transport projects in order to prioritise the benefits of low carbon proposals;
