LowCVP are hosting a workshop to discuss challenges facing the coach industry in the UK relating to air quality and reducing carbon emissions.
Workshop attendees will include manufacturers, fuel suppliers, operators, policy makers, local authorities and central government.
The aim of the workshop is to bring together key stakeholders in the industry to discuss the following topics:

Current evidence base relating to coach operations and their contribution to emissions

Update on Clean Air Zone implementation across the UK

Funding opportunities

Retrofit technologies: approved and in progress

Low carbon coach technologies

Low carbon fuel options

Future LowCVP work on supporting the coach industry
There will be a number of case studies presented on each topic to demonstrate the current state of options available for coach operators to reduce emissions.
