The European demand for biofuels is predicted to more than double in the next few years as the EU moves to meet its 2020 obligations under the Renewable Energy Directive. This seminar will identify the opportunities and challenges for crop producers, biofuel manufacturers and suppliers to sustainably meet this increasing demand.

Mr Tim Yeo MP, Energy and Climate Change Committee Chairman will provide an opening speech and lead a discussion on how the farmers, refineries, process technology providers, automotive industry and government can work together towards the renewable transport fuel obligation.

Other speakers include Colin Matthews, the LowCVP's Interim Fuels Programme Manager.
