Description:

Climate Change Solutions, in association with the Universities of Birmingham, Warwick, Loughborough and Nottingham, is holding a one-day conference which will focus on discussions around the roles of the EU's Joint Technology Initiative and the UK's Energy Technologies Institute in helping to promote the introduction of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies.

The JTI (Joint Technology Initiative) is part of a €1 billion EU programme to rollout this technology and the ETI (Energy Technologies Institute) is a £1billion UK project aimed at accelerating the development of low carbon energy technologies.

This conference will explain the reasons behind these investments, outline progress made to date within the region and at international level, and seek to bring together interested parties across Europe for the development of future projects.
