GreenFleet Awards and Conference

The ninth GreenFleet Awards will take place at Twickenham Rugby Stadium on Thursday 25th September. The Awards event will be preceded by a conference which will discuss the leading issues in green fleet management. The Awards will see public and private sector organisations rewarded for their efforts in environmental fleet management and 'greener' motoring.

The LowCVP's Deputy Director, Jonathan Murray, will speak during the conference. Other speakers include Andy Eastlake of Millbrook, John Webb of the Institute of Car Fleet Management and Malcolm Noyle of Noyle Fleet Solutions.

During the afternoon, the leading public and private sector entrants from the Capital Fuel Challenge, held in July, will each give a short presentation as to why they think their efforts should win them the TfL Public/Private sector Capital Fleet of the Year award. These will be judged by an independent panel, with a decision reached on the overall winners on the day when the audience will get a chance to cast their votes.

There will be an opportunity to tour Twickenham Rugby Stadium following the afternoon session.

The Awards dinner in the evening will feature entertainment by TV comedian Hugh Dennis (Mock the Week, My Hero, Have I Got News For You).  Tickets for the evening, which begins at 7pm, cost  £185, or £150 for LowCVP members.
