Zemo announces formation of Strategic Advisory Group to support work of Council for Net Zero Transport

Zemo Partnership has announced the formation of a new Strategic Advisory Group (SAG) to feed into the work of the Council for Net Zero Transport which was launched in June this year. The new group, which will also be chaired by Lord Deben, comprises representatives of leaders from cross-sector trade organisations with a stake in the transport sector and a responsibility to help deliver net zero transport.

The Group will meet on a periodic basis and the advice and guidance provided will influence the deliberations and strategic direction provided by the Council. 

Current members of the Strategic Advisory Group are:

  • Tony Campbell, Chief Executive, Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA)
  • Yselkla Farmer, Chief Executive, British Electrotechnical and Allied Manufacturers' Association (BEAMA)
  • Trevor Hutchings Chief Executive, Renewable Energy Association (REA)
  • Gerry Keaney, Chief Executive, British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA)
  • Emma Pinchbeck, Chief Executive, EnergyUK
  • Vicky Read, Chief Executive, ChargeUK
  • Richard Smith, Chief Executive, Road Haulage Association
  • Graham Vidler, Chief Executive, Confederation of Passenger Transport
