Communications Manager  c 27k     Location : London
18 months contract with possibility of extension

This is a pivotal role within the Partnership. Working with the Director and Deputy Director as part of the LowCVP Secretariat, you will focus primarily on PR and stakeholder communications and manage and develop our communications activities across all media and audiences. This will include writing press releases, organising events and developing our Internet communications while liaising with stakeholders and members of the press. Your key objective is to successfully deliver our important messages about progress in achieving the shift to low carbon transport to key audiences.

A natural communicator with three years’ frontline experience, ideally gained within a relevant sector, you are more than up to this challenge. You have the skills needed to write strong and persuasive copy and a real understanding of how to get the message across. What’s more, you have got the tact, diplomacy and enthusiasm needed to thrive in a multi-stakeholder environment like ours.
