The LowCVP has moved its Central London headquarters from Victoria Street to Three Birdcage Walk, Westminster where we are now co-located with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). The move provides the Partnership with preferential access to a range of meeting and conference facilities (at One Birdcage Walk). We anticipate that there will be other benefits arising from the co-location with IMechE which itself runs a transport programme with an increasing focus on low carbon and sustainability issues. We are now a stone’s throw from Parliament Square and still close to government departments and other key organisations with a stake in our agenda. We’d like to take this opportunity to invite member representatives to come and visit us and to see our new facilities, whether for working group meetings or otherwise. The Secretariat team also have access to some facilities, including the restaurant, at the neighbouring One Great George Street. The LowCVP’s new address is now: Three Birdcage Walk, London SW1H 9JJ (Nearest tubes: Westminster and St James’s Park). Click here for a map of our new location (Marked by ‘A’).
