56 companies are now approved under Zemo Partnership's Renewable Fuels Assurance Scheme (RFAS). The RFAS extension, Heat-Power-Marine, is also growing fast with two new companies supplying this market being approved in the last month.
Newly approved under RFAS is TankTopper (a trading name of Craggs Energy), a supplier of renewable diesel and HVO.
Approved under RFAS Heat-Power-Marine are Mitchell & Webber Ltd and Prema Energy Ltd, both suppliers of HVO (various blends). There are now eight companies accredited under this scheme.
RFAS provides credible, third-party assurance of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions savings and feedstock traceability for renewable fuel used in commercial vehicle fleets and non-road mobile machinery (NRMM). The scheme primarily operates in the UK, and also has a presence in Germany, Austria, Spain, and the Republic of Ireland.
RFAS Heat-Power-Marine delivers robust, independent sustainability verification for renewable fuel used in sectors beyond road transport, enhancing transparency and confidence in the value of renewable fuels in key stakeholder communities.
