There are still a few exhibition spaces available at the LowCVP Conference at ExCel, London on May 10 plus the chance of exhibiting in one of the limited remaining spaces within the EcoVelocity Low Carbon Motor Show (May 5-13) which is running in association with the Conference. The Transport Secretary Justine Greening plans to visit the LowCVP exhibitions prior to her Conference speech to meet exhibitors and pose for pictures. LowCVP members get a 25% discount on normal exhibitor rates and the spaces come with up to 3 free delegate places at the Conference.

Exhibitors at the LowCVP Conference will have the opportunity to communicate with 150-200 delegates, many of whom will be Government officials. Around 20 officials are already registered to attend from the DfT alone. The audience also comprises senior industry stakeholders, supply-chain participants, fleet managers and others. Exhibition stands can be up 3x2m, should be easily portable and will come supplied with a table and chair, power etc if required (see exhibition area, right).

In addition to free delegate places, LowCVP exhibitors will receive coverage on the LowCVP Conference website and have the opportunity to include information in the Conference delegate pack. Contact the LowCVP Secretariat for more information: secretariat@lowcvp.org.uk

The EcoVelocity low carbon motor show takes place alongside the Grand Designs Live Exhibition from May 5-13. 100,000 visitors are expected at the combined shows. The LowCVP has negotiated privileged access to members interested in exhibiting at the Show. Anyone interested should initially contact the LowCVP Secretariat.

Justine Greening MP is the keynote speaker at the LowCVP Conference. The Transport Secretary leads a great cast of speakers which also include ex-Environment Minister John Gummer (Lord Deben), Prof Julia King of the Climate Change Committee, and Michael Jacobs, former adviser to Tony Blair on Climate Change.

This year's Conference will feature sessions on the latest state of climate politics; implications of the UK Government's Carbon Plan targets; industry viewpoints; test-cycle versus 'real world' emissions; low carbon freight; low carbon fleets and low carbon fuels. The LowCVP's Annual Conference has become the 'can't miss' environmental transport event for anyone interested in road transport and climate change.

The 2012 LowCVP Annual Conference is sponsored by Michelin.

Delegates at the LowCVP Conference 2012 will have the opportunity to visit EcoVelocity 2012 which will showcase the latest in cutting edge technology from the world's leading car manufacturers as well as providing the opportunity for test drives of the newest low carbon and electric vehicles.
