ACT ON CO2 Campaign: Partners sought for smart driving and nearly-new car label initiatives

Chris Brown, LowCVP’s recently-appointed Stakeholder Relations Manager for the Department of Transport’s ACT ON CO2 campaign, is keen to hear from potential partners who may wish to get involved in the campaign in one of two key ways.

Firstly, to take forward consumer-focused smart (eco) driving messages, communicating the economic and environmental benefits that consumers can achieve from driving in a more efficient style. Some of the companies already involved with ACT ON CO2 in this way include Ford, Vauxhall, VW Blue Motion, Total and Michelin.

Secondly, Chris is keen to hear from car companies, retailers and others with an interest in taking part in a pilot project to develop a voluntary environmental label for nearly-new and used cars.
