This session will focus on ‘Skills, training and repairability – the missing link towards mass uptake of electric vehicles’. As the transition to zero-emission mobility accelerates, the availability of skilled technicians, effective training pathways, and the repairability of electric vehicles are becoming critical factors in enabling widespread adoption.
The meeting will explore current challenges and opportunities across the skills and training landscape, consider the role of industry, education and policy, and discuss how improving repairability and workforce readiness can support consumer confidence and long-term sustainability in the EV market.
