This session will focus on ‘Overcoming regional deployment challenges’. As the rollout of zero-emission transport infrastructure continues across the UK, regional differences in funding, planning, grid capacity and local delivery present ongoing challenges to consistent and timely deployment.

The meeting will explore the barriers affecting infrastructure rollout in different parts of the country, share experiences from regional projects, and consider how collaboration between industry, government and local authorities can help accelerate progress. Discussion will also look at practical solutions to support more coordinated, efficient and equitable deployment of energy infrastructure to enable the transition to low- and zero-emission transport.
