Chaired by The Rt Hon Lord Deben, the briefing will introduce the completed Map of Missing Policies, which identifies the key gaps in the UK's policy framework for decarbonising road transport and proposes practical solutions. The report is the result of an extensive process of consultation with Zemo members and key stakeholders in the transport transition.
