The Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership will host its annual conference at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire on 10 February 2005. The event is timed to coincide with the launch of a major new exhibition of environmental transport.
The conference, which will include contributions from high profile speakers representing a range of stakeholders, will take place against the backdrop of the official opening of the Green by Design Exhibition of environmental developments in road transport from the past and into the future. The Exhibition, has been created by the Heritage Motor Centre, and is supported by many leading motor manufacturers.
The LowCVP annual general meeting will take place during the afternoon of 10 February, after the conference and launch of the Green by Design Exhibition.
In addition to the indoor permanent display, there will be an opportunity for delegates to ride and drive vehicles demonstrating the latest low carbon technologies. The intention is for low carbon buses and/or taxis to also be available to transport delegates from nearby rail stations.
