DPD is blazing a trail on the all-electric fleet front, finding creative ways to overcome issues around the supply of right-hand-drive vehicles whilst also changing our urban operation to become emission-free. Through a pioneering approach, DPD has sourced all-electric vehicles from Norway, helped invent an innovative eCargo bike and will be the owner of the biggest fleet of 3.5t electric vans when they roll off the production line in 2020.
DPD had 10% of its fleet all-electric by the end of 2020 and want all involved to up their game and work together towards a zero-emission future.
