Zemo Parliamentary Reception celebrates new members, close collaboration with Government

Zemo's Parliamentary Reception took place on November 1st in the spectacular Cholmondeley Room in the House of Lords. The event, attended by over 130 people, celebrated the opportunity to return to physical networking after the Covid pandemic, showcased members who have recently joined the Partnership and provided a demonstration of Zemo's cross-departmental collaboration with Government.
The event was attended by Zemo members, MPs and Lords as well as Government officials, all of whom enjoyed a House of Lords tea. There were contributions from senior representatives from the Department for Transport, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and from a leader of the Joint Air Quality Unit, which brings together DfT and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The event was hosted by Baroness Jenny Randerson, LibDem spokesperson for transport issues in the House of Lords.
