Minister of State for Energy Stephen Timms MP gave the keynote address at the LowCVP AGM on 21 January at Millbank. He expressed his delight at a successful first year, reiterating Government's commitment to the Partnership's mission and objectives.
The Minister welcomed the significant steps made in the past year by LowCVP and its members and outlined areas where further valuable input would be sought. LowCVP Board Chair R Graham Smith also addressed the meeting, summarising LowCVP's key achievements and challenges for the future. The Chairs of the six LowCVP Working Groups presented detailed progress reports and outlined their work plans for the year ahead.
