On 31 March 2004 the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership and The Institute of Logistics and Transport are hosting a joint conference day as part of 4th Annual Climate Change Solutions Conference at the NEC in Birmingham (30 March - 01 April 2004). The conference “Driving into the low carbon economy – Low carbon vehicles and sustainable transport solutions” (Session 3) will focus on solutions and opportunities that the UK’s shift to low carbon fuels and vehicle technologies offers to businesses, fleet managers, local authorities and private customers in the UK. The LowCVP morning programme will provide a strategic overview on Government policy, technology pathways and fuel options. Speakers from LowCVP member organisations will share best practice and outline opportunities for clean low carbon vehicles and fuels in the UK.
